Danielle S. Wilson, President/Chief Executive Officer
Mrs. Wilson has over 25 years of experience in providing medical/healthcare management services for critical and intermediate care areas. Mrs. Wilson is an expert in operating, leading and managing acute care hospital and pre-hospital programs. Her fields of expertise include business and strategic development, restructuring and revitalizing service-based operations, joint ventures and strategic alliances, forecasting, budgeting and cost controls. She is also an inspired leader in quality and productivity improvement, product research and introduction, along with a niche for market analysis with penetration into complicated industry sectors.

Ronny A. Wilson Jr., Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Wilson brings to the firm a strong background in systems and operational management, organizational development and over a decade in special operations ground/aviation command credentials. With relevant experience in direct negotiations and sales of professional services, Mr. Wilson guarantees all contract terms are met. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and commendations in aviation medicine for valor, meritorious, and distinguished achievement. His presence in the critical care air medical rescue specialty service provides an operational foundation for our medical and rescue sectors. Mr. Wilson has 26 years of intensive emergency pre-hospital and disaster response experience and six years of Command Practice for a Select Operative EMS model and helicopter flight program.

Raymundo Trevizo, Southwest Regional Manager
United MedEvac Solutions’ Southwest/Central Regional Manager, Raymundo (Ray) Trevizo, is a seasoned medical professional with over 25 years of program management experience.
Mr. Trevizo provides oversight and leadership to multiple projects is responsible for ensuring project goals, schedule, and quality expectations.
Prior to his appointment with UMS, Mr. Trevizo served as a Fire Chief and Rescue Paramedic standardizing response/recovery operations, incident and emergency/disaster management protocol, and quality assurance measures. His refined organizational and management skills in leading specialty teams has brought exceptional value to UMS and the clients we serve.
Mr. Trevizo’s clinical and non-clinical experience makes him a perfect choice to function as a key interface with UMS clients and personnel, enhancing communication and building a broader and more diverse workforce.

He believes that by being passionate about the work one does, it could be the determining factor as to whether or not you’re able to be successful and live the life you dream about.

Adriana Wilson, Business Development Specialist (Government)
Adriana Wilson is UMS’ Business Development Specialist who leads our Federal acquisition division. She is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying market strategies, and formulating client solutions across all government/client platforms.
Adriana holds a Master of Arts degree in English from New Mexico State University where she has also served as an adjunct Faculty member. Using her excellent communication skills and experience in teaching rhetoric, Adriana brings her love of efficient business writing and research to her daily work at UMS.
Adriana loves to read well-written, witty novels, occasionally writes, and takes pictures in her spare time. She usually does these activities while her two rescue Chihuahuas claim her lap as napping space.

Laura Kidwiler, Branch Office Administrator
Ms. Laura Kidwiler is the backbone of the support infrastructure at United MedEvac Solutions, Inc. As Branch Office Administrator, she plays an important role in the everyday flow of operations and personnel management.
She maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures and is in charge of personnel file management and schedule management.
Laura has worked in the healthcare industry for over 16 years, handling a variety of medical office responsibilities including office and account management, medical coding, AR/AP management, as well as leading a team of RN’s, LVN’s, and Therapy personnel. During a brief hiatus from being a Medical Administrator, Laura worked in a busy 911/Communication center for Law Enforcement; she soon realized that her true calling was back in the medical field where she is happy to have returned.
Laura is the proud mother of Stephanie and Chance and grandmother of Armani and enjoys spending family time with them and her loving husband Ray. In her free time, Laura enjoys crafting, making jewelry and doing vinyl work. She feels very strongly about the empowerment of women to achieve their full potential. Her favorite inspirational quote is, “A strong woman knows she has enough strength for her journey, BUT, a praying woman knows her journey is where she’ll gain her strength.”
