She is an expert in operating, leading and managing acute care hospital and pre-hospital programs. Her fields of expertise include business and strategic development, restructuring and revitalizing service-based operations, joint ventures and strategic alliances, forecasting, budgeting and cost controls. She is also an inspired leader in quality and productivity improvement, product research and introduction, along with a niche for market analysis with penetration into complicated industry sectors.
Dr. Stephen Ellison, Medical Director
Dr. Stephen R. Ellison, M.D., Fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (F.A.A.E.M.) is a dedicated and highly accomplished medical professional with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in emergency medicine, trauma care, and leadership within the field of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician who combines a strong foundation in clinical practice with a distinguished military career to deliver exceptional medical oversight and strategic direction to EMS teams.

Mr. Wilson has 26 years of intensive emergency pre-hospital and disaster response experience and six (6) years of Command Practice for a Select Operative EMS model and helicopter flight program. He also has a strong background in systems and operational management, organizational development and over a decade in special operations ground/aviation command credentials. As the Chief Operating Officer, his experience in direct negotiations and sales of professional services guarantees all contract terms are met. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and commendations in aviation medicine for valor, meritorious, and distinguished achievement. His presence in the critical care air medical rescue specialty service provides an operational foundation for our medical and rescue sectors.
Raymundo Trevizo, Executive Vice President
Raymundo "Ray" Trevizo is a seasoned medical professional with over 30 years of program management experience. Mr. Trevizo provides oversight and leadership to multiple projects is responsible for ensuring project goals, schedule, and quality expectations. Prior to his appointment with UMS, Mr. Trevizo served as a Fire Chief and Rescue Paramedic standardizing response/recovery operations, incident and emergency/disaster management protocol, and quality assurance measures. His refined organizational and management skills in leading specialty teams has brought exceptional value to our clients.
Adriana Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Wilson has over 10 years of experience successfully helping small businesses and nonprofits grow through the successful development and implementation of industry-specific marketing and business development strategies. As the Chief Marketing Officer, she manages all aspects of our brand presentation, business development strategy, website content, and external/internal communication, among others. As an avid reader, Ms. Wilson is always on the pursuit of new perspectives that enhance her creative approaches to problem-solving and allow her to devise messaging that connects and resonates to our target audience. She earned a Master of Arts degree in English from New Mexico State University.
